Could you please provide a product price list?
A single packaged price list is not available as each product has various options. For pricing we recommend to use the online inquiry function. -
Can I purchase directly or do I have to go through a distributor?
Purchasing from a distributor is highly recommended, however, in the case of bulk order or development-type, please contact us through the online inquiry function. -
What is the lead time?
For standard products, goods will be shipped in 2~3 weeks on order acknowledgment. In special cases, delivery can vary.

What is the product warranty period?
The product warranty period is two (2) years from the date of purchase or one (1) year from the date of use. -
How to buy components/accessories separately?
You can find information on components/accessories on the Introduction page of each product type and the Technical Data room. If you prefer to purchase components separately, please contact a distributor or our sales team. -
How can I get access to product drawings?
A distributor can provide a product drawing in PDF format only. Please contact your distributor for a copy. -
Is the product made in Korea?
The raw materials are Korean but, depending on the product item, it is produced at the Korean headquarters or the Qingdao factory (China). -
Can I pay via credit card or make an online payment through NAVER PAY, PayPal, Alipay, etc.?
Currently, payments are to be made through a bank account only and payments via credit cards or online payment systems are not available. -
What is the product HS code?

What are your shipping terms?
The basic terms are FOB or EXW. Other conditions are negotiated.

How can I get product instruction sheets and data related to thermostat installation/wiring?
Instruction sheets including wiring diagrams can be downloaded in the Technical Data room.

What is the product’s lifespan?
Lifespans vary depending on the environment in which thermostat is used. In the case of TS-series products, the warranted life-cycle is 100,000 times.

What certifications does the company maintain?
Our quality system is managed in accordance with ISO9001:2015. We have certifications in UL, TUV, CE, KC, and RoHS for each product. For more details, please refer to the Certificate page. CCC certification is not applicable.

Is it possible to adjust the capillary length? Is it possible to coat the capillary tube?
The capillary tube length standard is 1,000mm but, can be applied within 250mm-2,000mm on demand. Coating on capillary with PVC or Teflon is available. For these special types, a minimum order quantity (MOQ) will be specified.

Is it possible to adjust the size of the bulb?
The size of the bulb cannot be changed because the standard is manufactured according to temperature. However, if a Development Request is made, we can review the request and determine if it is possible after thorough testing. -
If I want to develop a special product type, how do I make this request?
We have an R&D Department and have, in many cases, developed products through customer collaborations. Please make a request via the online inquiry function and we will happily review your inquiry. -
Are there any issues with Substances of Very High Concern (REACH SVHC)?
We regularly check/manage/update content. All materials are compliant to the related regulations. -
How are Conflict Minerals (CMRTs) managed?
Our products do not contain Conflict Minerals. -
Can I receive a certificate for a thermometer?
Thermometers are not subject to electric certifications because they are non-powered products that do not use electricity. -
Can I use thermostat in Direct Current (DC)?
Our product was designed to be used with Alternative Current (AC).
